悶々

カルガリーに着てからというもの氷上練習時間が夕方という日が続いている。
今日もそういう日程。。

こういうのってすごい　疲れる

何でかというと時差ぼけの時はパッと午前中に氷上を済ませて午後は眠気と戦いながら
ランニングなんかで汗をかくのが俺流。

でもこれが逆のパターンになると午前中に汗かいて午後眠気と戦いながら
氷上というのはどうも集中できない。

細かいことを言うけど100分の1を競う訳だしミリ単位の重心の移動やコース取りをしてる
から集中したい。

そんな訳で悶々としてきたから半ば強引、気晴らしに午前中は買い物、昼食は飲茶と言うコース。

店内は結構賑わっていて美味しくいただいてきました。

で、買い物の方はというともちろん！

今宿泊してるホテルの掛け布団がどうも調子悪いので掛け布団を買ってきました（笑）
中はシルクが１ｋｇという多いのか少ないのか分からないようなやつですが試着ならぬ
試布団をしたところかなり気持ちがいい!!

これで安定した睡眠が約束されました。

たぶんMy　枕と布団を持ち歩く選手は世界でただ一人でしょう。
